BINET MOMENTS TO SHARE

Every BINET Cuvée is an escape to the beyond, a moment to share and savour.

Before tasting a BINET cuvée, one should chill it properly but not too cold as to respect the delicate and multiple flavors of the blend. Served at cellar temperature, 9-10° Celsius or 48-50° Fahrenheit, is a fine temperature.

One must be sure to use the right style of glass as well. A sufficiently curved one to allow the drink to maintain its fine bubbles and opened tight fit to allow the flavors to envelope your nose, making the savouring experience more enjoyable .

Pour the wine into the glass as soon as it is opened. Fill it slightly to let the bubbles settle and then continue filling the glass until it's about two thirds full.
